About The Caribbean Cajun

The Caribbean Cajun is bringing a bounty of boldly flavored cuisine to the streets of Dallas, TX. These eats are packed with all the aromatic spices, herbs, and veggies responsible for the famously full-bodied taste of this type of fare. If you’ve got an aversion to all things bland, you need to hit up this truck ASAP.

The menu sports plenty of traditional dishes from both the bayou and the islands. Fans of all things deep-fried will love boudin balls, balls of pork sausage coated in seasoned breadcrumbs fried up in oil. If you like a little sweet with your savory, go for some ribs marinated for 24 hours in a tangy pineapple sauce. And of course no Caribbean truck would be complete without jerk chicken. Getting hungry? Of course you are, so swing by The Caribbean Cajun and grab a bite. Or, even better? Book ‘em for your next event. Guests will love this spread of richly flavored cuisine.

MUST TRY
Mini Roti Rollup — Potatoes seasoned with curry spices rolled up in a warm, fresh wrap. Yum.
