Smokin A’s Good Eats began when a husband and wife team who loved cooking for one another realized it might be fun to cook for the entire Dallas, TX community. In August of 2019, they took a leap of faith and bought their own food trailer. Now, lucky Lone Star State residents can catch their bounty of home cooked barbecue on the streets.
Meats come smoked over the highest quality logs to create a rich, smoky flavor complemented with earthy undertones. The menu sports all your BBQ faves, from brisket to chicken to ribs. You can grab these juicy meats solo with a side of greens or mac ‘n cheese. Or, get ‘em served up in a sandwich or tucked inside a buttery baked potato.
