About SALT

We are a Veteran and Ukrainian refugee owned food trailer. We specialize in Cuban sandwiches,  gourmet grilled cheeses, Nachos, Quesadillas fried bar foods Ukrainian specials out of the trailer.  We can also custom create any catering menu to your specifications. I'm a chef with over 30 years experience in the kitchen.
