Rustic BBQ and Grill Kitchen is a Cajun BBQ Mobile Kitchen with a stick burner Smoker that burns Oak/Pecan plus Hickory wood to smoke our quality meats like Brisket, Lamb, Chicken Halves and our Homemade Chicken Beef and Lamb Sausages. Our Wood Grill powered by the same wood is used to grill our Brisket Burgers, Fresh Seasonal Veggies and Angus Steaks, Grill Flatbread pizzas and penni press our fresh Poboy Sandwiches. Our Pit Master utilizes his equipment to create all our meats for our items while our Chef takes it from there to create top notch delicious creative Cajun side dishes both traditional and fusion. We have a Tex Mex menu as well serving up our burritos, tacos, and nachos utilizing the same meats off the pit smoker. We also make our signature fresh fruit lemonades and for dessert we make our own fried turnover fruit pies. You have to taste to appreciate book us today!
