Coco Shrimp is the result of a dream and hard work. While attending BYU-Hawaii, these foodies fell in love with the island's laid back vibe and especially their specialty shrimp truck. They decided right then and there that they wanted to share their experience with their hometown in Fort Worth, and thus, Coco Shrimp was born.
At Coco Shrimp, you'll find tender shrimp morsels at the heart of each and every item on the menu. From their signature coco shrimp hand battered in sweet coconut to the spicy keahi and garlic butter shrimp, each is prepared to order over a bed of rice or mixed greens for your enjoyment.
