Beef Eaters Grille is bringing delicious Windy City flavors to the folks of Dallas/Fort Worth!
After moving down South from Chicagoland, owner Amy Cochran observed a severe lack in authentic and tasty Chicago-style eats on these Texas streets, and knew that it was up to her to save the day. Now she’s taking this big, bold truck through town and serving up some unbelievably scrumptious Italian Beef Sandwiches, Italian Sausages, and Vienna Beef Chicago-style dogs, complete with all the classic toppings. Midwestern expats and lifelong Southerners alike, all find her menu to be as flavorful and craveable as it is true to Chicago’s famous recipes.
