This Atlanta based food trailer is all about that zesty taste, amping up every dish with the fragrant, flavor-packed blends of herbs and spices that grant N’awlins fare its beloved bold taste.
Of course, you’ll find various versions of the eponymous dish on the menu, but rest assured The Traveling PoBoy is no one trick pony.
