Paolo took a world tour in the early 2000s, visiting gelaterias all across the globe to learn how to make this velvety Italian treat. In 2003, upon returning to the US of A, he took his passion pro by opening up his own gelato venue in Atlanta, GA. Popularity took off rapid fire, inspiring Paolo to open a mobile gelateria alongside his brick and mortar business. Now, Peach State residents can book a full-blown gelato trailer to bring this deluxe dessert to guests.
The rich, creamy gelato on the menu – which contains significantly less fat than ice cream – runs the gamut of flavor options.
