Jumbo fritters fried and served with Bahamian Dip sauce

(2) Fried jerk chicken strips on grilled flour tortillas, organic arugula, fresh mango salsa and mango jerk sauce

Slow-cooked stew chicken with curry seasonings served with steamed yellow rice ‘n’ vegetables, coleslaw and plantains

Wild caught, lightly fried Grouper strips with shoestring fries, Caribbean slaw and coconut lime aioli
