About The Orange Crunch

We are an award winning Food Truck & Caterer specializing in BBQ, Asian Fusion, American, Italian, Mexican/Latin, French, Mediterranean & Global Cuisines and Desserts. We specialize in our Award-Winning Gluten-Free, All-Natural Empanadas.

Why choose us? We are self-sufficient with a huge gourmet mobile kitchen, personal chefs and servers. Our quality, uniqueness & farm to table practices led us to be selected to partner with any Whole Foods Market in the country (1st Food Truck in the Country) - and with that said, we can also accommodate any dietary needs/restrictions. We only use the highest quality ingredients we hand select ourselves that are grown locally. We also have been featured on the Food Network/Cooking Channel in February 2015 and have acquired numerous culinary awards since 2012.

The Orange Crunch Empanada (GF)Our flagship menu item: handmade per order. All-natural shredded green papaya, mung bean, egg, meat, cheese inside a rice flour wrap, deep fried, and served with our house special sauce. Vegetarian available upon request.
Smoked Crackling Pork Belly Rice Platter3-stage cooking process: 1st is a trade secret! 2nd stage is we smoke it for hours on end. Last stage is deep-fried! Comes with Rice, Fresh Tomatoes and Green Onions. For the “True Foodies!” Served with lechón (pork) sauce.
Beefsteak Rice PlatterSliced USDA Prime Sirloin braised in Soy Sauce, Calamansi Citrus, Garlic, Caramelized Onions and Fresh Cucumber Slices. Served with Rice and Filipino Eggroll\n

Colorado Trail Rice PlatterA Korean/Filipino fusion: 3 strips of kalbi short ribs, flame-grilled and served with rice and Egg Roll & a mildly spiced pineapple/habañero sauce on the side.
Filipino BBQ Chicken Skewers Rice PlatterAll-natural chicken thighs marinated for 3 days in our secret house recipe and flame grilled to delicious tenderness. Served with Fresh Pineapple, Rice and Eggroll. Comes with sweet chili sauce on the side.
Chicken Adobo Rice PlatterA Philippine staple done O.C. style! All-natural chicken thighs braised in soy sauce, vinegar, peppercorn, garlic, and granulated onions, then slow-cooked 'til it's fall-off-the-bone! Served with rice and Egg Roll.
