Popcorn ChickenFresh chicken hand cut into bite-sized pieces then seasoned and lightly floured and deep fried until golden.
Lumpia ShanghaiWe start with fresh chicken which is ground in-house w/ green onions, carrots and seasonings. Then are hand rolled in a spring roll shell and fried until golden and crispy
Vegetable LumpiaWe sautée peas, carrots, green beans, corn and garlic, and season them. Then each are hand-rolled in a spring roll shell and fried until golden and crispy.
