About The Mini Donut Shack
Hello folks, let us introduce Ourselves, We are William and Desylyn and we own The Mini Donut Shack. We are a family owned and operated Food Truck in the Sacramento and Surrounding areas, We pride ourselves with making the freshest Mini Donuts you can get from a truck with the freshest taste of sweetness in every bite.
We started in 2017 in a pop up tent doing small events as a means of becoming apart of the community and putting smiles on peoples faces. Everything was going good then a few years later we were struck by life when Covid Happened and stopped us right in our tracks. Everyone had to be quarantined, no more events were going on and work had slowed drastically. As we knew we had a great product and wanted to see people smile again, so we wondered how we could get our great product out to people in times like that. Then a lightbulb turned on and we thought to ourselves “let’s build a food truck”. The thought seemed crazy at first but slowly became a reality. In mid 2019, we purchased our cargo trailer and slowly started the build. By early 2021 we completed our Food Truck build and took our new truck to the streets to offer hot and fresh Mini Donuts to the community. Well that’s our story folks and we hope to see you all around and are able to greet you with some of the freshest Mini Donuts in town.
