Our dream began in late 2019 long before we became the 'Best Mexican Restaurant in Ladera Ranch. It began inside a 17 foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived Mexican Cuisine. Chef Manny believes that Mexican food should, be MORE. More complex, modern, enjoyable and healthier for our bodies. With that our journey began, what started as our dream, has now become our destiny.
After three short years, manny looks back and is amazed on how much he was able to accomplish. When people ask what is our secret, our response is always the same. God has truly blessed us! We would not be here with out His guidance and support from our friends and families.
