Their truck is, after all, named after Frida Kahlo, a painter so proud of her Mexican heritage she changed her birthday to coincide with the beginning of the Mexican Revolution. You know that passion translates to amazing food.
The whole menu is popping with that bold flavor fans of Mexican food know and love. Each and every dish is piled with the perfect blend of ingredients to generate a top-notch taste. Take the chicken tostada, for example, which pairs richly marinated meat with a robust blend of radishes, pickled onions, and jalapeños for a little fiery flare.
