Workaholic’s Martin Kim got into the food truck game so he could treat Los Angeles, CA to healthy, clean Korean fusion foods that don’t skimp on the taste. Why the name? Martin knows exactly how busy living in a major city like LA can be, so he wanted all the workaholics out there to grab a nutritious, delicious meal as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Martin specializes in Korean dumplings known as mandu, dishing up a wide array of takes on the culinary classic. Get ‘em stuffed with anything from coconut curry to spicy pork. Vegetarian? Fear not as you can feast on choice like wild mushroom or spinach and tofu. Really, you’re gonna want to sample all there is to offer. So, either go find Workaholic in the street or, even better, have ‘em out to cater your next event.
