Vivace is a mobile, wood-fired pizzeria based in Los Angeles. We use 100% organic flour and a 200 year-old sourdough starter to make our dough. All our pizzas are baked with love and dedication in our 5,500 lb. Mario Acunto wood-fired pizza oven handmade in Naples, Italy.
