Stream Chicken RiceStream Chicken well cooked placed over rice cooked in the chicken broth and oil. Recommended to eat with Steam Chicken Sauce. It is the Thai variation of Hainanese chicken rice
Fried Chicken Rice Fried Chicken well cooked placed over rice cooked in the chicken broth and oil. Recommended to eat with Fried Chicken Sauce.
Pad Thai Our special Pad Thai sauce cooked with soaked dried rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs, chopped firm tofu, and flavored with tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic or shallots, red chili pepper and palm sugar and served with lime wedges and often chopped roasted peanuts. You can choose whether you want Chicken, Shrimp, or Pork.
Pad See Ewmade with flat, wide rice noodles fried in soy sauce with meat, egg, and vegetables. Choices of Chinese broccoli or bok choy. And choices of Pork, Chicken, or Shrimp.
