Our famous noodles are made fresh and toppedwith proteins and veggies. Anywhere from Shrimp, Hoison Chicken, Salmon, King Crab, and Ny Strip Steak. Were a from scratch kitchen that doesn’t cut corners, our lemonade are in house made fresh everyday. We even bottle our on Sweet Garlic Aioli that pairs great with our noodles and our famous Snowcrab Eggrolls aka The Bleu Rolls.
