Takeshy town it’s family own food truck serving Sinaloa style sushi (Mexican sushi) all our seafood are full cooked and fresh using Mexican ingredients to rolling the sushi like carne asada , chicken breast , jalapeños peppers, fresh habaneros ,surimi , shrimp tempura some of them it’s light breaded and fry and other are rolling natural with sushi rice serving with Chile guero ( yellow peppers) shredded carrots and sauces on the side chipotle mayo ,eel sauce ,and sriracha we also offered shrimp and fish tacos Baja California style ,Philly cheese steak, cheeseburger 7 oz angus ground beef on brioche bread with grilled onions cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato all ways using fresh ingredients .
