Stacey's Bistro & Catering is a family-run affair founded by Jessica & Chef Dmitri Costello in late February of 2022.
Our name is in memory of Chef Dmitri's late godmother Stacey, her enigmatic personality lit up our dinner table! The food we provide is the embodiment of those memories and experiences we shared with her.
Chef Dmitri pulls his culinary inspiration from his South Philadelphia roots. Stacey's Bistro is the story of the cuisines that he grew up with and shared with his late godmother. Our rice bowls draw inspiration from the corner store Chinese food that was remarkably $5 a plate. Our cheeseburgers pull inspiration from late-night cheesesteaks at Oregon Steaks.
