We are a Filipino fusion pop up. Our menu changes by the season, but at the moment we are doing a Filipino/Mexican fusion menu where we take classic Filipino dishes and turn them into elevated tacos and quesadillas. To finish off your meal with something sweet, from scratch we do an Ube Tres Leches Cake topped off with whip cream, crushed ube vanilla wafers, and a strawberry. To drink we make our Calamansi(Filipino lemon/lime) juice with fresh Calamansi served over ice.
