Each is crafted using only the freshest quality ingredients, organic, locally sourced, whole and simple to bring out all the bold flavor naturally. And it all comes from Chef Amin Musa, trained in macrobiotic cooking and health counseling, who learned to make falafels from his mother Ihsan and shared them with his friends. Soon, everyone was clamoring to get a taste of his specialty falafel, and inspiration struck an entrepreneurial chord that fueled him to start his own business. Now, you'll find Pure Food Organic Kitchen popping up at local fairs and festivals all around LA. The best part of all? They cater, so have 'em out to your next event.
