No Reservation LA is a food truck based in LA County owned an operated by Chef Tina. We serve authentic Cajun Seafood Soul with a nod to the city. Our menu rotates based on the season but you’ll always find our staple items like Cajun Shrimp Tacos, Crispy Fried Chicken Wings, Angus 4 oz Cheeseburgers grilled to perfection, Chili Cheese Fries/Buffalo Fries and Seafood Fried Rice.
