We are a family own business. The owner has 20+ years of experience in Japanese Cuisine who worked in a well established restaurant in the heart of Little Tokyo until it was closed down.
His food truck has a variety of dishes including, chicken teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, spicy chicken bowl, kaarage chicken, rolls, handrolls and nigiri. Everything is freshly prepared every morning, which means that our fish is picked up early in the morning to have it prepared by opening. We cater public and private events.
