MANEATINGPLANT is a plant-based asian comfort food concept based in Long Beach, CA on a mission to pioneer a sustainable future through food. Born in the summer of 2018, co-creators and chefs Candice Tzeng and Phil Kwan explore their Chinese, Taiwanese and Japanese roots serving communities through events, catering and supper clubs.
