Los Ruizenores has long served the good poeple of Sylmar with some truly authentic Mexican cuisine. Hand pressed tortillas and carnitas made fresh on the daily, along with a bevy of homemade salsas, set them apart from the rest, garnering a local foodie following. Now, they've taken their show on the road, serving it all out of a food truck roaming the streets of Los Angeles and beyond.
Which is only the best news for us, really. As local Angelenos ourselves, we've got a bevy of taco trucks on the streets, but none with such the pedigree as Los Ruizenores. From tortas, quesadillas and enchiladas to big ol' burritos and tacos, if you're craving Mexican food, you'll find it here. Oh, and they've also got a cheeseburger should you choose to go more street food style. Plus chilaquiles and huevos rancheros for breakfast. And honestly too much to list out here. You'll just have to find Los Ruizenores in LA, or invite 'em to cater your next fiesta. Either way, this is one food truck you don't want to miss.
