About Los Molcajetes
The string of Los Molcajetes family restaurants, now an established staple of the Los Angeles, CA food scene, got their humble start back in 1977. Mother and son team Maria-Luisa Gonzales and Juan Guzman went into business together, spreading their heritage throughout the City Of Angels via traditional El Salvadoran cuisine. Now under its third generation of ownership, Los Molcajetes continues to deliver exemplary international fare to hungry Angelenos eager to embrace LA’s eclectic food scene.
