Husband and wife team Lisa and Ronnie opened up Liam’s Lemonade and Concessions, named after their newborn son, because they wanted to bring a family-friendly atmosphere to concessions across Los Angeles, CA. At this food truck, every item is made from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients, and that extra effort shines through in the taste.
Lisa and Ronnie specialize in fresh squeezed lemonade and all varieties of roasted corn, from traditional elote to cobs coated in everything from crumbled Doritos to candy corn. There are also loads more classic carnival goodies like pretzels, churros, and hot dogs. And if you’re feeling really decadent? Deep-fried candy bars. Drooling yet?
