Our food truck is an echo friendly truck which runs on propane and electric batteries. We sell nachos of carne asada, grilled chicken, shrimp, vegan nachos & steak, chicken or shrimp asada fries. We also have aguas frescas, fresh made lemonade, strawberry lemonade, Jamaica, horchata. Our food is a brand new truck, we use a clover for POs system and a kiosk which is friendly to the user.
