HiFi Kitchen, found in the heart of Los Angeles’s Historic Filipinotown (AKA HiFi), is the brainchild of Justin Foronda. Justin wanted a way to share his heritage with the United States via food. At HIFi Kitchen, he whips up traditional fare and vegan takes on the classics, providing an eclectic mix of eats sure to cater to every palate.
