Fiesta gourmet food truck was at Bottle Logic brewing a while back. I wasn't really sure how it would be due to the fact that food trucks are so trendy now. To me, trendy equals overpriced and undersized portions. To my surprise, Fiesta Gourmet's portions are big, pricey, but big.
My friends and I ended up ordering nachos (get an extra side of sweet and spicy jalapeños! These were so good I decided to make my own), carne asada fries, tacos and a bowl of some kind. All this food around $50. Big portions, big flavor and big price. The meats weren't dry, flavor profiles were great, ingredients were fresh and the staff was super helpful.
This is one truck I'll be coming back to and if you have a chance give em a go.
