We believe in using only the best ingredients and cooking methods in all of our foods. Originally started as a popup, Dorian's Sabor became a local staple in DTLA for our quality focused artisanal gourmet. We are growing in popularity and people often tell us they have never had pupusas like ours.

Combo #1 features your choice of a mouthwatering Pupusa paired with zesty Curtido, tomato sauce, and a kick of hot sauce. Served alongside are tender ripe plantains and cool, creamy sour cream, creating a well-rounded and satisfying meal that showcases the best of Central American flavors.
"Combo #2" presents a Pupusa of your choice, served with Curtido, tomato sauce, and a dash of hot sauce. Accompanied by tender ripe plantains, creamy sour cream, and the traditional Central American side Casamiento, creating a satisfying blend of flavors and textures. Casamiento is a flavorful combination of rice and beans, cooked together to create a harmonious and savory side dish.
"Combo #3” includes two Pupusas of your choice, served with Curtido, tomato sauce, and a dash of hot sauce. Accompanied by tender ripe plantains, creamy sour cream, and the traditional Central American dish Casamiento, it's a satisfying blend of flavors and textures.
