After 20 years in the catering industry, Dilan launched Dilan's Caribbean Grill in February 2020 bringing a fresh taste of the islamds to LA's dynamic food scene. The menu is a flavorful fusion of Belizean and Jamaican influences, offering a unique culinary experience to the city's diverse food landscape.
