While cutting his teeth cooking across New York City, Chef Jonathan Portela developed a deep-seated affection for Asian-style curry. When he set foot in Los Angeles, CA, he decided it was high time to open his own business. The choice of cuisine was obvious, but Chef Jonathan worried the market was oversaturated with curry restaurants. The solution? A curry food truck, allowing hungry Angelenos the chance to grab quality curry without enduring the wait at a sit-down restaurant.
