Husband and wife team Dorian and Javier Villaseñor are taking LA's favorite staple and polishing it up in high class style, using only the freshest ingredients and the tastiest methods to prepare tacos that stand ahead of the pack. Alongside burritos, burgers, bowls and more that enliven the senses, even as they hit all the expected comfort spots. The truck itself is even a notch above the usual set-up, with a permanent, roofed-over spot housed just off Hollywood Blvd, ensuring comfort and of course.....alcohol. Or maybe those are just one in the same. Regardless of semantics, Calle Tacos delivers a premium Mexican street experience with all of the tradition and none of the grit of eating it on the actual street. It's the best of both worlds, packed with a whole universe of taste.
