Kostas learned to cook right in Greece before moving to Amsterdam, where he spent 18 years working in top-tier restaurants throughout the city. Now living in Los Angeles, CA, he’s giving hungry Angelenos the gift of healthy Greek eats.
Kostas and his team work with local farmer’s markets to procure fresh, seasonal ingredients for their fare. Each menu item is bursting with flavor thanks to the blend of California olive oil, lemons, garlic, and fresh herbs used for flavor. Whether you grab a Spanish octopus skewer served with kalamata olive tapenade or some slow-cooked pork slathered in tzatziki and served over flatbread, it won’t disappoint your taste buds. If all this isn’t enough to get you excited, maybe this will – Calamaki caters. That’s right. You can bring all this straight to your next event. Guests will enjoy being able to chow down guilt free on this tantalizing spread of Greek eats. Calamaki is not a food truck, outdoor set up needed.
