After Ashley Carlton grew up watching his father perfect the ultimate cookie recipes, it only made sense that he revitalize those recipes with his own cookie company. In tribute to his father Ronald, Not As Famous Cookie Company truck was born, and the Atlanta, GA cookie game has never been the same.
They’re baking up classics (like chocolate chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter) to absolute perfection, and the same goes for the less traditional cookies that round out the rest of the menu (think peanut butter chocolate chip w/ pretzel, red velvet white chocolate chip w/ macadamia nuts, and more). Sure they may not be as famous as, well, Amous, but we all know they’re much better. Track down the truck or book ‘em to sweeten up your next event.
